J turns 4!

My little boy is turning 4 and I am sad and excited. He has the best sense of humor and can always be counted on to make me laugh with his insights. I cannot imagine my life without him, I love you, my BoBo! Here are a few pictures of him celebrating his birthdays...

Beach Boy

This was J's first time in the Atlantic Ocean as well and he loved playing in the sand. He did not care for the water too much, but as I said, it was COLD! Before we went, he kept asking about sharks- he was so worried about them in the water. Once we got there, all of his fears subsided. His video is shorter because he had no interest whatsoever in looking at the camera or talking to me. Boys!

This was E's very first visit to the Atlantic Ocean. She loved the water even though it was so cold! She would have ran into the waves if we would have let her. At this young age, I can already tell that she is going to be my daredevil.

Slip of the Tongue

So, we are in the Publix parking lot the other night and some kid is walking, very slowly, in the middle of the lane. His little brother is several steps behind him. He saw me over his shoulder and made no attempt to speed up or get out of the road. Before I thought too clearly, I blurted out "Get out of the way, Stupid." Mind you, stupid is not a word that I typically say, much less in front of J. Without missing a beat, J chirps from the backseat "No mommy, TWO stupids!" Oops! I just added a new word to J's ever increasing vocabulary.
