We had such a wonderful Christmas, here are some of my favorite pictures...

Gingerbread & Tears

So, our gingerbread adventure had a rocky start. Miss E had a melt-down. I don't really know what caused it, but it happened. After a few minutes of contemplating her situation in her room, she rejoined us in the kitchen- that pretty much explains the first picture. Her mood improved as she consumed copious amounts of sugar. I really do think that she ate more candy than she decorated with. I even caught her sneaking some, but J is the one with the guilty look on his face! In the end, our house looks like a hot mess. Too bad I don't like gingerbread. Do you know who does? That would be Daddy. I know... shocking!

Family Fun

Downtown Disney

For some fun, we took the kiddos to Downtown Disney. Being the weekend before Christmas, it was packed, but very festive. Mr. A, Nana, J, and E are on the Merry-Go-Round.
The train ride, Abbs said that E put her hands up as they went around the corners.

Tank-tacular!

Mrs. Jean gave J an awesome Star Wars tank, it is nearly as big as he is! Needless to say, it was put together the very second that we walked in the door. I think that Daddy likes it just as much as J. :) As far as we are concerned, Mrs. Jean is A-MAZING!!!!

Too Cute!

Mrs. Jean gave E two new dresses with identical mini ones for her baby dolls! Could she BE any cuter? She also gave her the new baby doll in the plaid dress. Thank you, Mrs. Jean!!!

Preschool Party

Today was J's Christmas party at school and they had a very special visitor... Santa! It is always fun to see J with his classmates and watch 4 year-olds interact.

Christmas Cookies

We made a HUGE mess and some Christmas cookies today. ;)
Mr. J took his job of decorating very seriously.

It did not take much prodding for Miss E to open wide.

Aren't they cute? It's true that sugar makes you happy.

Not the prettiest you'll see, but they were made with love and taste great.

Breakfast with the Big Guy

We surprised the nuggets this morning~ MyMy was here and we dressed them up and took them to breakfast with Santa. So fun!! Oh, except for Rudolph- E was NOT his biggest fan.

Rejects!

All J Wants for Christmas...

J made his list for Santa over the weekend. I was curious about Walgreens (see previous entry) and asked on the video. Even 4-year-olds have a right to change their minds.

I have a feeling that Santa will get this letter and he will get everything that he asked for! ;)

It Wasn't Enough

As you can see, Miss E was getting into the game on Saturday night. She was so excited~~ cheering on Tebow. We are sad that it wasn't enough.

We still love you, Tebow!!!

Sweet Little Nuggets

She can jump!

Miss E can jump! Our formerly land-bound princess can get both feet off the ground. Isn't she cute?

Child Labor Laws Need Not Apply

No doubt that my mom works hard planning and preparing Thanksgiving dinner for all of us. Lest you think that it is all from the love in her heart... I have proof that she has ulterior motives... oh yeah, I am talking about free child labor! As you can clearly see, she put them nuggets to work decorating her Christmas tree.

In the end, she did reward them with a "job well done" and a snuggle. :) All joking aside, the tree turned out great.
